Missouri Artist Wins State Wetlands Habitat Stamp Competition

The artwork of Tom Morgan Crain of Branson, Missouri, won first place in this year’s Ohio Wetlands Habitat Stamp Design Competition, sponsored by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Wildlife.
